據(jù)天然氣加工2021年4月1日新德里報(bào)道，印度斯坦石油公司(HPCL)于今年3月30日從M/s s P Ports Pvt Ltd手中收購(gòu)了“HPCL Shapoorji能源私人有限公司(HSEPL)”50%的股權(quán)。收購(gòu)后，HPCL在HSEPL中的持股達(dá)到100%，使HSEPL成為了HPCL旗下的全資子公司。

HSEPL正在古吉拉特邦的恰哈拉建造一個(gè)500萬(wàn)噸/年的Chhara液化天然氣（LNG）終端，項(xiàng)目成本約為43億盧比，可能在2022年年底完成。這個(gè)LNG終端將具備通過遠(yuǎn)洋油輪接收LNG、海上卸貨、儲(chǔ)存、LNG公路油輪裝載、再氣化以及向供氣網(wǎng)供應(yīng)再氣化LNG的所有設(shè)施。這個(gè)項(xiàng)目未來(lái)的產(chǎn)能將進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大到1000萬(wàn)噸/年

此次收購(gòu)符合HPCL未來(lái)的整體戰(zhàn)略，使其產(chǎn)品組合多樣化，是在整個(gè)天然氣價(jià)值鏈中擁有強(qiáng)大存在的重要一步。到2030年前，天然氣在印度能源中所占的比例預(yù)計(jì)將從目前的6%增長(zhǎng)到15%，天然氣將成為未來(lái)印度經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要推動(dòng)力之一。

HPCL及其合資公司在印度9個(gè)邦的34個(gè)地區(qū)的20個(gè)地理區(qū)域(GA)開展了CGD業(yè)務(wù)。迄今為止，HPCL獨(dú)自運(yùn)營(yíng)674個(gè)壓縮天然氣站，并計(jì)劃進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)張。它還在嘗試建立LNG配送站。這些，再加上HPCL及其合資企業(yè)/子公司在煉油廠加強(qiáng)天然氣的使用，增加了此次收購(gòu)的戰(zhàn)略價(jià)值。

HPCL acquires 50% stake in Chhara LNG terminal

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has acquired the balance 50% equity stake in ‘HPCL Shapoorji Energy Private Limited (HSEPL)’ from M/s S P Ports Pvt Ltd on 30th March 2021. Post-acquisition, HPCL’s stake in HSEPL gets enhanced to 100%, making HSEPL a wholly owned HSEPL is constructing a 5 MMtpy LNG Terminal at Chhara, Gujarat at a project cost of about Rs 4300 crore which is likely to be completed by end of calendar year 2022. The Terminal will have all facilities for receipt of LNG through ocean going tankers, marine unloading, storage, LNG Road Tanker loading, regasification, and supply of regasified LNG to the gas grid. The project is further expandable to a capacity of 10 MMTPA in future subsidiary of HPCL.

The acquisition is in line with overall future strategy of HPCL to diversify its product portfolio and is an important step in the direction of having a strong presence in the total Natural Gas value chain. Percentage of Natural Gas in the overall energy basket of India is expected to grow from 6% at present to 15% by 2030 which makes it one of the important growth drivers in future.

HPCL, along with its joint venture companies, has presence in CGD business in 20 Geographical Areas (GA) in 34 districts covering 9 states in the country. HPCL on its own operates 674 CNG stations as on date which it plans to expand further. It is also foraying into setting up of LNG dispensing stations. These, together with the focus on enhanced use of Natural Gas in refineries of HPCL and its joint ventures/subsidiaries add to the strategic value of the acquisition.
