據(jù)7月11日MENAFN消息：伊拉克石油部周一表示，5月原油銷售不足1億桶，但油價改善令其獲利高于前一個月。

作為石油輸出國組織的第二大原油生產(chǎn)國，由于最近全球油價暴跌以及來自沙特的廉價石油大量涌入，讓這個國家心煩意亂。

5月，伊拉克以21美元的正常價格售出原油9,950萬桶，當(dāng)月獲利20.9億美元。

而今年4月銷量更高，賣出了1.031億桶，但每桶13.80美元的常規(guī)價格創(chuàng)下歷史新低，獲利僅為14億美元。

專家們警告稱，即使油價回升，最近幾個月買家仍在繼續(xù)購買廉價石油，不需要像夏季開始時那樣大量購買石油。

Iraq oil sales' income drop in May

The oil ministry said on Monday that Iraq sold fewer than 100 million barrels of crude in May, but improving prices saw it rake in more profits than the previous month.

The second-biggest crude producer of the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting countries (OPEC) cartel has been left whirling by the recent worldwide crash in oil prices and a flood of cheap oil from Saudi Arabia.

In May, Iraq sold 99.5 million barrels of crude oil at a regular price of USD21, making USD2.09 billion for the month.

In April, it had sold more barrels; 103.1 million, but the record-low regular price of USD13.80 per barrel made it only USD1.4 billion.

Experts had cautioned that even if prices recuperated, buyers had been keeping up on cheap oil in recent months and would not need to buy as much oil as summer started.
