生產型旋轉型混合機
旋轉型混合機是一種混合質量高、混合速度快、出料完全的混合機。該混合機有兩種形式：一種為實驗型（MX系列），主要用于實驗室或小批量生產（工作容積由7L～450L）；另一種為生產型（SLH系列），主要用于大批量生產（工作容積由0.3m3～17m3）。
該混合機主要應用于固—固（粉體與粉體）、固—液（粉體與液體）的混合。應用行業有化工、食品、制藥、煤炭、冶金、陶瓷、顏料、染料、殺蟲劑、炸藥等。適用物料有食品、油對碳黑的包覆、香料對滑石粉的包覆、耐火材料、可燃可爆物料、研磨物料、碳、化肥、調味品、木粉與粘土、化工產品等。
Ross rotary type mixer is high mixing quality, fast mixing speed and complete discharge. There are two types : one is laboratory type(MX series), it is used for laboratory or low batch production( working volume is 7L～450L); Another is production type (SLH series), it is used for big batch production (working volume is 0.3m3～17m3）.
The mixer is used for solid—solid mixing (powder and powder), solid—liquid mixing (powder and liquid) . Application industries: chemical, food, pharmaceutical, coal, metallurgy, ceramics, pigment, dye, pesticide, explosive and so on. Application material: foods, carbon black with oil, French chalk with flavor, refractory materials, inflammable and explosive materials, grinding materials, carbon, fertilizer, condiment, wood flour and clay, chemical product and so on.
特點 Feature
● 混合過程溫和、混合均勻度高。內部獨特的揚板、出料板設計確保了在很短的混合時間內對物料提供了溫和的混合運動：跌落、翻轉和交疊的混合運動。
● 混合速度快。物料在三分鐘之內可達到均勻混合；
● 低能耗。混合筒體由重型的“耳軸滾輪”支撐，通過驅動裝置帶動旋轉。這一設計可進行快速、簡便維護，功率消耗比同類混合機降低50%左右。
● 出料徹底。內部揚板與出料板以一定的角度安裝，加上獨特的出料機構可保證出料干凈；
● 密封性好。完全封閉的設計，防止灰塵、有害氣體和物質進入。特殊的密封設計可保證動靜結合處的完全密封；
● 裝載范圍。在裝填系數不大于0.5的情況下，能達到一樣有效的混合；
● 選擇。用戶根據工藝要求可選擇帶夾套或噴淋裝置，從而對物料加熱、冷卻或在物料中噴入適量液體；
● Gentle mixing process, high mixing evenness. Idiographic design of raise plates and discharge plates ensure that offer gentle mixing action in a short mixing time: tumble, turn and fold.
● Fast mixing speed. Material can be mixed equality in less than three minutes.
● Minimal horsepower. The mixing drum is supported with heavy duty \' trunnion rollers\' that rotate by the drive unit. Its power consumption is less about 50% than the similar mixers.
● Complete discharge. The interior raise plates and discharge plates are mounted in a stated angle, and the idiographic discharge mechanism can ensure complete discharge.
● Good sealing. Its totally enclosed design, preventing dust, fumes or hazardous materials from escaping into the environment. Special sealing design can ensure complete sealing in combine place of movement and quiescence.
● Loading range. Equally efficient mixing at the filling coefficient in less than 0.5.
● Options. Customer can choose jacket or spraying system according their technological requirements that can heat or cool the materials or add the liquid into the materials.
