據海外媒體1月22日德黑蘭報道，伊朗石油部長贊加內22日在德黑蘭接受伊朗媒體記者采訪時表示，伊朗將在1月24日啟動運行一條向伊拉克供應天然氣的管道。

　　贊加內說，伊朗將根據兩國在2009年簽署的一項諒解備忘錄開始天然氣輸送作業。根據諒解備忘錄，伊朗將每天向伊拉克供應大約2000萬至2500萬立方米天然氣。

　　供氣協議原計劃必須在2013年生效，但由于伊拉克國內安全問題協議已被推遲實施。

　　伊朗媒體補充說，雙方是在經過兩個月的深入談判以后才決定本周開始供氣的。

　　Iran-Iraq gas pipeline set to begin operation

　　Iran will kick off the operation of a pipeline supplying natural gas to Iraq on Tuesday (January 24), said a senior Iranian official.

　　The operation will begin as per the memo signed by both the countries in 2009, Irans oil minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh, was quoted as saying in an Iran Daily News report, citing Tasnim News Agency.

　　The deal involves the supply of around 20-25 million cubic meters of Iranian gas per day to Iraq, it said.

　　It was to have gone into operation in 2013 but was delayed because of security issues in Iraq.

　　The project’s operation this week follows two months of intensive negotiations, added the report.
