據(jù)道瓊斯1月16日消息，伯恩斯坦援引每日生產(chǎn)追蹤數(shù)據(jù)稱(chēng)，過(guò)去兩周俄羅斯石油產(chǎn)量已經(jīng)下降了18萬(wàn)桶/天，很有希望實(shí)現(xiàn)其與歐佩克達(dá)成的每日減產(chǎn)30萬(wàn)桶的協(xié)議。該行寫(xiě)道：“俄羅斯有充分理由減少供應(yīng)并推高油價(jià)。若政府支出不進(jìn)一步減少，按照目前的財(cái)政儲(chǔ)備消耗速度，俄羅斯財(cái)政儲(chǔ)備2018年年底就會(huì)枯竭。”

　　[Dow Jones] Russian oil production has fallen by 180,000 barrels a day in the last two weeks, putting the country well on the way toward meeting its pledge to cut 300,000 barrels a day as part of its agreement with OPEC, according to Bernstein, citing daily production tracking data. Russia has every incentive to pull back on supply and push oil prices higher, the bank writes.
