【摘要】 通過(guò)對(duì)商品混凝土和蒸壓粉煤灰磚的拌和料性能對(duì)比研究,對(duì)蒸壓粉煤灰磚攪拌機(jī)配套設(shè)施進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。結(jié)果表明,通過(guò)降低蒸壓粉煤灰磚攪拌機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)功率和耐磨弧襯板與筒體的硬度、厚度,可大大提高生產(chǎn)效率,降低攪拌機(jī)成本,節(jié)省能源,它對(duì)工程實(shí)際中選擇、外購(gòu)配套攪拌機(jī)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
【英文摘要】 A trial to improve the supporting facilities of the fly-ash brick mixer was done based on the comparison of the blending material performances of the ready-mixed concrete and fly-ash brick.The results show that the production efficiency is improved greatly,the energy and the cost of the mixer are saved by reducing its driving power,the hardness and thickness of wear-resistant arc plate and silo.It will be a good trial and a guideline to choose and buy the most appropriate set of mixer for the practical proj...
