【摘要】 介紹了2PLF型分級破碎機的工作原理、性能特點及其在章村選煤廠應用后,解決了原有破碎機效率低、易斷齒、易堵塞、出料粒度不均勻等缺點,滿足了生產要求,降低了維修量,實現了增產增效。
【英文摘要】 The article introduced the operation principle,characteristis and application in Zhangcun coal preparation plant of 2PLF-type grade crusher.The new crusher solved the problems of low efficiency,easy-tooth breaking,easy-blocking and non-uniform discharge size of old crusher.Through the application,maintenance has been reduced,production and efficiency have been increased.

【正文快照】 章村選煤廠是一座設計入選能力40萬t/a的礦井型動力煤選煤廠,1998年6月建成投產,為適應市場需求,提高經濟效益,2004年和2005年6月先后兩次對洗煤廠進行技改工程,原煤年入選能力最終達到120萬t,其工藝由原煤準備、重介分選、濃縮壓濾等系統組成。原煤經分級破碎機破碎后直供主廠
