【中文摘要】 風機監控系統的監控對象是用于工業實際生產過程中的工業風機。在化工、冶金、選礦等行業中,風機是生產過程中的重要設備。風機設備的穩定可靠運行是保證整個生產過程順利進行的必要保證。隨著工業技術的不斷進步,對風機監控系統在可靠性、網絡擴展功能和兼容性等方面提出了更高的要求。 在用系統分析的方法對金川集團選礦廠風機系統工作流程和實際生產環境做了深入的分析,并對計算機監控的各種方式、數據采集和工業監控軟件進行了分析和研究的基礎上,提出了以“組態王”為核心監控軟件,構建基于PLC的遠程數據采集和控制系統的解決方案。 監控系統采用RS-485總線連接方式,利用Modbus通信協議,通過對下位PLC的軟件編程實現了PLC與現場儀表之間的連接和通信;并且通過Profibus-DP總線方式,實現了PLC之間、PLC與監控計算機之間的連接和通信。根據工業現場的實際要求,設計了合理的外圍控制電路并選擇了合適的硬件設備。 利用“組態王”提供的強大的編程環境,使監控系統具有了信號采集、數據處理、動態顯示、實時報警、歷史報表記錄等功能,實現了對風機系統主要運行參數的實時監視和風機運行過程的聯鎖控制。該系統經...
