【摘要】 慣性圓錐破碎機是一種新型節能細碎設備,對其在硅磚生產中使用的可行性進行了較系統的研究,經過試驗和短期生產實踐證明,該設備具有破碎比大、過粉碎現象少、產品粒度組成合理、顆粒形狀適用且產量高、能耗低特點,對各種硬度的硅石具有很好的適應性,是硅磚生產應當首選的粉碎設備。
【英文摘要】 Inertia cone crusher is new crushing equipment with low power consumption.This paper researched the application feasibility in silica brick process systemically.The test results and short term production practices all shown that inertia cone crusher have some characteristics such as high reduction ratio,less ultra-crush,grading fraction and shape of grain appropriation for silica brick process,high output,lower energy consumption and good adaptability for silica with all kinds of hardness and should be pref...
