【摘要】 根據(jù)兩相流體誘發(fā)振動(dòng)的機(jī)理與相關(guān)公式,對(duì)在兩相流狀態(tài)下運(yùn)行的稀醋酸酐冷凝器進(jìn)行了振動(dòng)分析,結(jié)果表明,采用雙弓形折流板可有效地防止換熱器的振動(dòng)。
【英文摘要】 Basing on the excitation mechanism of vibration induced two-phase flow,the vibration analysis for dilute acetic anhydride condenser at the operative condition was provided.The results show that the vibration of heat exchanger can be effectively prevented by use of double-segmental baffles.
