【中文摘要】 本文對近年來隨著干燥技術的發展而引起關注的流化床干燥技術進行了系統的研究。流化床技術由于具有傳熱效率高、密封性能好等優點而在化工、輕工、醫藥、食品以及建材工業都得到廣泛應用。本課題是河北省熱能重點學科干燥方向關于物料下燥特性的研究，主要利用流化床技術對玉米進行干燥。首先，對現存的干燥試驗臺進行調試并做了系列試驗，然后對試驗數據進行分析，得到風溫、風速、物料量等因素對玉米干燥特性的影響，并根據試驗數據進行理論推導，利用Page方程和擴散方程進行數學模擬并加以比較，求出適合于玉米的干燥數學模型，找出玉米干燥的客觀規律，這對實踐將有重大的指導意義。最后，根據本人在試驗過程中遇到的問題，提出一些建議，為下一步工作打下基礎。
【英文摘要】 A study on the fluidization is carried out systematically in the present dissertation, as a research subject being paid more attention with the progresses of drying technique.
