【摘要】 全焊接板殼式熱交換器保持了普通板式換熱器傳熱效率高、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊的優(yōu)點(diǎn),可以在更高的溫度和壓力下使用,具有高效經(jīng)濟(jì)的特點(diǎn)。以蘭州石化公司石油化工廠熱水伴熱改造當(dāng)中選用全焊接板殼式熱交換器為例,介紹了其應(yīng)用工藝、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),并與傳統(tǒng)管殼式換熱器進(jìn)行了比較和經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析,建議在煉油石化行業(yè)積極推廣應(yīng)用此類設(shè)備。
